IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDING HANGS OVER REP. MURRY DISTRICT 3 LEADS

Montserrado County District number 3 Representative and also Chairman on Executive in the House of Representatives, Hon. Kettehmehn Murry may likely be impeached if impeachment proceeding been prepared by his district is presented this week.

The decision to have their lawmaker remove started yesterday when over 500 members of the district called a meeting on the campus of the William V.S.Tubman High school in Sinkor to discuss issues affecting the development of their area.
According to some members of the district who spoke to the GNN on the spot alleged that while at that meeting it a group of men to the surprise of members of the district drove on the campus to disrupt the meeting.
Speaking further, they said the men who they described as “bandits” were led by one Frank Loboe, a radio broadcaster, “Mr. Loboe in a loud voice told us to leave the campus or else we would have ourselves to blame,” one of the witnesses who said he was on the start of the confusion said.
But speaking on a local radio station, the Office Chief of Staff to Hon. Murry, Thomas Kardoe said the information that his boss ordered people to disrupt the District number 3 meeting at the William V. S. Tubman High School was not true, “It is disheartened to here that by boss ordered people to disrupt a meeting that was called by district number 3,” Mr. Kardoe in reaction stressed.
He said Hon. Murry took upon himself to be a part of the call meeting, adding, “why should a man who initiated the holding of a district meeting be part of its disruption? We are indeed disappointed,” Mr. Kardoe told a local radio station.
